     CrossFit alone is defined as that which optimizes fitness. It most frequently is described as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The training methods of CrossFit undoubtedly produce results and EVERYONE can participate from elite athletes to older adults.  Each movement can be modified to his or her ability to suit his or her needs.

      CrossFit programing efficiently combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio. There is not a fitness regimen out there that combines such a diverse set of tools, modalities, and drills. At CrossFit Adversis, you will be exposed to one on one coaching, giving you the necessary guidance and tools you need to be healthy, safe, and successful.
