CrossFit

 CrossFit alone is defined as that which optimizes fitness. It most frequently is described as constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The training methods of CrossFit undoubtedly produce results and EVERYONE can participate from elite athletes to older adults.  Each movement can be modified to his or her ability to suit his or her needs.

Longevity

Longevity is a class that is designed for ages 55 plus. It focuses on mobility, joint health, and improved quality of life. It is offered 5 days a week. 4 days of the week two coaches are available.
